Some say a company is their child. Some say it is their passion. Some people run it as if it were a representation of themselves.
Really, it is a machine. You build it like a machine. You grow different departments as machines that feed the mother machine.
You have systems and processes. Your training are automated. Your sales are automated. Your marketing is scheduled and automated.
Don't believe me? Go talk with Skylar Lewis or Ryan Stewman. You will be convinced in 5 seconds.
Everything has a process, and steps to complete to move forward.
The first thing I tell my consulting clients is that the fundamental rule for every process/business/product line is this:
Write out steps in a process that ends in profit. Then automate and create ways to make it happen as often as possible and as fast as possible.
The next thing? Make that process Repeatable, Measurable, and Scalable.
Just like a good little money-printing machine.
