Millionaires Are Made

Rich vs Poor Mindset

Today we will talk about the decision-making of successful people. There are obviously lots of different mindsets that set entrepreneurs and the ultra-rich apart. Why do you think coaching and speaking is a multi-billion dollar industry? Today, I will focus on the consequences. Good or bad, short or long, your decisions affect your future self and your long-term health (mental, physical etc).

Poor thinkers live in the short term. Get rich schemes, cryptopreneurs, 1 hit wonder bands/actors, even athletes (Michael Vick, you think dog fighting was a long term decision). We call some people $50k millionaires. Parties, cars, shoes, houses, never long term. How many know someone that got money then watched them squander it. *cough cough* charlie sheen.

I first saw this as a landlord. I used to clean 10 toilets a day. Ew. Why? I knew in the long term it would pay off. I kept the future in my head, kept doing the work, and now we have about 50 properties and I haven't cleaned a toilet in years.

Being a landlord, I see so many weird things. I’ll pay the late fee, I just need to go to this concert first. Can I pay more deposit if we split into two months. Once they are 5 days late and have a late fee, they just stop paying, leave and then ask for a deposit.

Don't think about what you need today. Think about what you need in the future. Making one tiktok, having one networking meeting, putting in one fridge, selling 1 house, isn’t going to solve your problems. Cardone always says to cannonball everything. Youtube, print media, everything. Think about compounding interest. You all invest right? No, none? I guess that’s what my next talk may be about.

Last night, booked a trip to dallas. Why? To learn hiring and training. Last week’s speech talked about leveling up, and that’s where i’m at in a few of my companies now. I need to work on hiring and training. It sucks, cuz ill prolly have to close one of my stores due to not having anyone able to work.

I may lose some money in the short term, and even debating cost of flight, loss of revenue for my house and rental car, etc I still determined what i can learn and who i can meet will far outweigh that. Some big nuggets will be there, and i may land more business with my new skills. The $700ish I will spend (plus the $1500 I will lose) don’t compare to one deal, one skill, or one process that can make my future easier. So, I'm going Anyone wanna come?
You see the memes all the time. Buy an iphone or buy a course. Watch netflix or watch documentaries.

Think about dating? Short term poor man thinking? Get laid tonight, but dont think long term? People spend all their time looking for that 1 night instant gratification. Why are you single? Think of your ideal partner? What do they look for in a partner? Is that you? Not many humans are truly happy getting laid tonight by screwing themselves out of a future relationship that they dream of.

Ok, let’s bring this back to business. You plan a deal, bring someone in, and they see the $1500 pie instead of the $750 pie and they cut you out. That’s short term shit. Those people don’t last, and even the person they cut you out to do business with, they get suspicious as well. Your partner may have screwed me over on the deal and got an extra $750.

BUT, I think long term and have already planned my next deals. Long term thinkers already have a plan, I have 5 more deals lined up and you would have made $50k. Short sightedness and a poor mindset.. deals always get bigger, right realtors? Not $10 mill down to $100k.

Hiring now. I'm telling everyone I have an opportunity. I'm offering it to everyone. It will suck in the beginning, it takes work and it has to be built. I’ve fucking done it. I'm trying to show others the way. Financial freedom is simple, I have so much opportunity that I can give, but everyone is so damn short-sighted.

You will find success if you plant your seeds, grow them, and stay patient for the harvest.
