3 tips to communicate 

 I was just asked in a webinar what the number one thing i tell my coaching clients. My most common phrase, from my free consulting sessions to my long term $250/hr coaching calls is..... "Have you clearly communicated that thought with them?" I think i say that at least once per call. Communication is done so differently for each person. And it is easiest to direct look people in the eyes and say exactly what you feel if you don't know how they Communicate. Clear, concise, constructive communication needs to be taught in schools!
